Provides virtual cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) in groups, by video conferencing. Intake session must be completed in-person, in downtown Toronto.

Procédé et formulaires:

Referrals are accepted by self-referral or by a physician or nurse practitioner. Individuals with a family physician/nurse practitioner are encouraged to discuss a referral with them.
If a patient has been seen at a sleep clinic, they are encouraged to have the sleep clinic make the referral.
