Description des services: Provides virtual cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) in groups, by video conferencing. Intake session must be completed in-person, in downtown Toronto.


Procédé et formulaires: Referrals are accepted by self-referral or by a physician or nurse practitioner. Individuals with a family physician/nurse practitioner are encouraged to discuss a referral with them. If a patient has been seen at a sleep clinic, they are encouraged to have the sleep clinic make the referral. Individuals are encouraged to go to the website for more information about this service and how to schedule an appointment.
