- Specialize in the rehabilitation of individuals with complex musculoskeletal conditions * offer a range of outpatient rehab services * interdisciplinary team includes Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists and Assistants, Physiotherapists and Assistants, Social Worker, and Physicians

- 10-week program of group education and exercise sessions for older adults to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls

- Hospital-based outpatient program for older adults who have complex conditions associated aging * provide assessments as well as referrals to community support services, if needed
