Description des services: Peace Ranch is a rural, recovery-focused transitional housing and day program located in Caledon, Ontario, supporting individuals living with mental health challenges. Set on a 25-acre farm, Peace Ranch offers a therapeutic environment that integrates nature, community, and structured supports to promote psychological wellness, independence, and quality of life

The program combines individualized support from trained staff with social rehabilitation, life skills development, stress management, and recreational therapy. Through the Horticulture, Animal, and Recreational Therapeutic (HART) Program, participants engage in meaningful activities such as animal care, gardening, art, fitness, cooking, and educational workshops, fostering connection, routine, and personal growth
