Services ou programmes qui préviennent, atténuent et répondent à la violence enracinée dans l'inégalité entre les sexes, l'abus de pouvoir ou les normes néfastes. La violence fondée sur le genre peut inclure des abus sexuels, physiques, mentaux et économiques infligés en public ou en privé. Elle peut également inclure des menaces de violence, la coercition et la manipulation. Les mesures de soutien peuvent comprendre des traitements d'urgence, des soins de suivi et des conseils.
