Description des services:

A person-centred community mental health and addiction support treatment program to Thorncliffe Park and Area residents.
Provides culturally appropriate services to a diverse resident population including newcomers, refugees, and clients’ immigrant populations. Programs are delivered through trauma-informed practices and are culturally sensitive. Additionally, it works with its community partners to ensure that clients continue to receive care and support throughout the care continuum by creating integrated pathways and warm handoffs.
