Homelessness Prevention
Includes housing grants, move-in support, and facilitating connections with extended family and community members for long-term housing
Mentorship Program
Includes one-to-one long-term adult volunteer mentors and supportive networks

Counselling, access to trauma-informed psychotherapist and support in accessing community services

Admissibilité / population desservie: Youth and young adults 10-25 years involved in the child protection system who lack adult support; have experienced trauma, abuse and unstable guardian care; are economically disadvantaged and/or are living in or transitioning out of the foster care system; includes youth participating in provincial initiatives Continued Care and Support for Youth (CCSY), Ready Set Go (RSG), and Voluntary Youth Services Agreement (VYSA)
