Program for new immigrants who are experiencing mental health issues during their settlement process * RISE provides program clients with supports with both mental health and settlement challenges
Services include:- one-on-one mental health case management support
- peer support
- information sessions (on health and wellbeing as well settlement)
- social and recreational activities
