GSNPH helps people with a history of or at-risk of homelessness to maintain permanent housing and increase their quality of life. It connects individuals to resources needed to nurture and maintain social, recreational, educational, occupational and vocational activities. GSNPH uses a person-centred, evidence-based approach to care.
