Description des services:
|
A comprehensive and coordinated network of services for those experiencing homelessness and those at risk of becoming homeless * a van travels a regular route throughout York Region and makes appointments to see people in their community by a phone call or text message
Using a harm reduction model, services include:
- food, clothing, sleeping bags and blankets
- needle exchange
- support with mental health and addiction
- information and referral
- help finding shelter
